SUPER DUPER TUTU/CAPE/MASK PINK/GOLD 4-6

This design could be a superhero or rock star outfit - or both at once! The waistband is fabric wrapped for a nice finish and comfort (no scratching here). The emblems on the back of the cape are embroidered around the edges for a nice finish. The cape has a large yellow glitter star on the back of the cape, which is lined for a complete elegant finish. There are star accents on the skirt. The skirt has two layers of tulle with a fantastic crinkle metallic bottom lining layer. The mask is double sided and has a lightning bolt feature to match the set perfectly.
